Very rarely does a behaviour belong to just one person.

For example in a family it is rarely just the behaviour of one person that Tanya finds herself working with, but the behaviour of everyone within the family as everyone's behaviour impacts of everyone else.

It is important to remember that we are never what we do, for we are already beautiful, amazing, lovable beings.

As Fabic Behaviour Specialist Tanya Curtis explains, though we tend to identify ourselves by what we do, say or think and hence perceive ourselves as good or bad accordingly. This judgement gets in the way of allowing true understanding of our behaviour and hence true behaviour change to occur.
