There is a big difference between an intended message (the message being sent) and an interpreted message (the message actually received).
When the message we send is received differently to what we intended, there is likely to be some conflict or misunderstanding. This will result in your time with other people being affected negatively.
To be an effective leader, whether in a school, workplace, family or community, the way you communicate with another will be fundamental to your leadership style. This course will support people to examine all factors contributing to their communication style via expressive or receptive communication and learn to develop a way of communicating that will be clearly received by others.
