About this episode
Relationships are an everyday aspect of our lives. Whether with a partner, a friend or a family member there is no escaping relationships.
When people interact, they bring with them their unique array of past experiences – some which leave us feeling vibrant, while others can potentially leave us feeling flat, down and even hurt. Some people even start to think that people are hurtful and attempt to avoid interactions and relationships as much as possible.
This presentation explores how we can build social interactions and relationships to support one another, rather than harming ourselves and each other in the process.
