Unimed Living Articles

Unimed Living is a world first International Health and Wellbeing website that has been developed by 280+ volunteers who are all committed to supporting humanity.

Fabic founder and Senior Behaviour Specialist Tanya Curtis is one of the many volunteers who have dedicated their time and expertise to produce a website that explores the challenges that we face in modern society, and supports people to re-develop a way of living that is full of the natural vitality and wellbeing that most of us know from when we are children, but has been lost along the way.

With a dedicated focus on food, work, music, relationships, meditation, men, women, exercise, weight loss and more, Unimed Living covers almost every aspect of life and topic of interest offering a wide range of articles, audios and videos to explore.
