Sienna is a newly graduated Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for supporting children to reach their full potential. She brings a solid foundation in working collaboratively with families, teachers, and interprofessional teams to help children achieve meaningful goals through individualised interventions.
Before becoming an OT, Sienna worked within the education system, where she provided personalised support to neurodivergent students. This experience deepened her understanding of how to effectively engage children in learning and daily activities and laid the groundwork for her interest in paediatric occupational therapy.
Sienna has a particular interest in fine motor skills and skill-building interventions. She enjoys designing creative and practical strategies that promote success in both school and home environments. Her approach is team-centred, always aiming to foster development, independence, and overall well-being. The FABIC philosophy closely aligns with Sienna’s own values, particularly the importance of working with each individual’s unique strengths and challenges to build lifelong functional skills.
