As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Gail believes in a collaborative, person-centred approach. She works closely with individuals, families, and support teams to identify the function of behaviours and develop strategies that promote positive change and enhance overall quality of life. Her background includes vocational training for youth with disabilities and supporting students with disabilities to achieve their goals in tertiary studies. Gail has also worked as an advocate for people with disabilities and their families from CALD backgrounds.
