This is most likely one of the most important questions in existence. Why? Because the innocence of simply asking ‘I wonder why?’ does away with projections and pictures we would otherwise cast onto other people and ourselves, does away with opinions and judgments.

And, as we know, judgment and understanding cannot exist together. Without understanding, LASTING behaviour change is not possible. Not ever.

Thus, enter purpose: we see and nominate everything for what it is, and we choose not to add to the harm occurring in the world already. With purpose we are able to connect to the reason for changing behaviour.

With purpose we get the bigger picture and understand why LASTING behaviour change is so important. After all – who in this world is free of non-preferred or unwanted behaviour?
