How We Perceive Life
$10.00 – $15.00
This chart illustrates how we can so easily be at the mercy of our rules (often unspoken and unacknowledged) and our pictures (that we are attached to) if we do not step up and address where these feelings of loss and sadness come from.
Before there is sadness, there is a loss and when we do not address this sadness, it can escalate to grief and depression, negatively affecting the body and our daily experience of life.
But where does the perception of loss come from? Loss has its roots in our attachments to the rules we subscribe to and the pictures we have of how life and people should or need to be. And when these pictures are smashed, it is perceived as a loss.
This chart illustrates how we can so easily be at the mercy of our rules (often unspoken and unacknowledged) and our pictures (that we are attached to) if we do not step up and address where these feelings of loss and sadness come from.
