On-site Consultations Options

Fabic comes to wherever you are when the behaviour is occurring - in home, schools, workplaces or the community. Options include:

  • Observations

Observing the person using the challenging behaviours in their home, school, workplace or any environment where the unwanted behaviour occurs allows us to gain an understanding as to why the unwanted behaviours are occurring. The understanding is crucial when developing effective behaviour change strategies.

  • Implementing Behaviour Change Strategies

To successfully implement the behaviour change strategies into the location where we would like the wanted behaviours to occur, we need to be taught how. When these strategies are demonstrated by a Fabic staff member in the home, school, work or other environment, you, your family and your colleagues will feel more equipped in supporting the long term behaviour change.

  • Staff training for individual clients or staff

Schools, residential facilities, workplaces, employment services
Includes:

      • Detailed written report including recommendations of strategies to implement in the school setting aimed at assisting behaviour management of an individual client
      • FABIC staff review the report with all relevant staff working with client aimed at assisting with intervention implementation
