Lets face it, who has not felt anxious at some point in their life? In fact it's almost so normal to be anxious these days that many of us do not realise we are living with a level of low grade anxiety. It's not part of our natural state of being to be anxious, so why is it so normal these days to feel a level of anxiety?

Could it be that we are awesome amazing loveable beings but we are not nurtured enough to bring that out into our daily lives? Could this create a feeling that we do not have the skills to respond to what life asks of us, simply because we have not been supported to bring that expression out in our own way and in our own rhythm?

As a Behaviour Specialist Tanya Curtis has based her practise on the fact that all non-preferred behaviour is preceded by anxiety first.

So anxiety is a massive topic! And certainly one that is well worth being well aware of, as unpicking what is causing anxiety to be there in your life could just be one of the keys to not only enjoying life but living it in full
