Most of us do not have an eating disorder, but 99% of us have disordered eating.

As Fabic Behaviour Specialist Tanya Curtis explains, the crucial difference between eating from you body and what it truly needs to support it in life and eating from the desires of our mind which can say something is great for us and it would like to eat this or that even if the body does not truly need to eat any of that.
