On completion of the Functional Assessment, a personalised behavioural modification programme is developed based on the outcomes of this assessment. Interventions are designed to meet the specific needs of all those involved in an individual client’s day-to-day life (i.e., clients, parents, teachers, relatives, carers and staff). Behaviour Management Consultations are aimed at assisting individual clients to learn appropriate strategies enabling them to function in a manner that is more appropriate and acceptable to the person and their immediate and extended environments (e.g., home, school, workplace, society).

FABIC provides individual social-skills building sessions to people who are experiencing difficulties to effectively initiate, maintain and terminate social interactions with other people. Social-skills sessions are further focused on assisting those to understand the behaviours used by other people.
Social-skills consultations will be aimed at assisting individual clients to learn appropriate social behaviours enabling them interact more successfully with other people or groups of people.
Social skills groups will be provided in the near future.
FABIC provides one-on-one consultations to those who are using “anger related behaviours”.
Anger management consultations will be aimed at assisting individual
clients to learn appropriate replacement behaviours and strategies
to enable them to function in a manner that is more appropriate and
acceptable to themselves and those within their immediate environments.
FABIC provides individual counselling sessions to people who are experiencing difficulties to manage the demands of their day-to-day life.
Counselling consultations will be aimed at assisting individual clients
