About FABIC
Functional Assessment & Behavioural Interventions Clinic (FABIC) began operating on the 01st of February 2006 at Miami, Gold Coast and relocated to the Medical Centre at Worongary Shopping Village in late 2006. FABIC was designed to respond to the increasing demand for professionals to work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing behavioural challenges and difficulties effectively managing the demands of their day-to-day life.

Tan Curtis is the director of FABIC. Tan has
a Master of Behaviour Management; a Master of Counselling; a Bachelor
of Health Science (Behaviour Management) and an Associate Diploma of
Education.
Tan
has over six years experience working in the field of Behaviour Management
and Counselling in university clinical settings and private practice with
children, adolescents and adults who are displaying challenging behaviours
in schools, residential and community settings.
Tan's experience has included (but is not limited to) supporting those who have been diagnosed with typical childhood disorders including: Aspergers Syndrome, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disorders, Anxiety, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and Depression.
